“Loved the house and it was convenient to everything we wanted to see in Salem. The decor was amazing and you can definitely tell there was attention to every detail. Clean and quiet. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again. ”

“Very nice property in a quiet neighborhood right across the river from downtown Salem and most attraction. Very walkable when the weather is nice. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space for groups traveling together. Communication with the host was easy, Meg was very responsive. Decent sized outdoor space with a grill and patio furniture. Really enjoyed our Salem experience and would rent again the next time we come here. Only suggestion I have that would be a nice enhancement would be a hot……

“Richard is an amazing host. He answered all of my questions while he himself was dealing with a crisis. The house was immaculate, gorgeously decorated and met all of our expectations! I would recommend to anyone visiting Salem to try and get this house!”

“Very cute spot! Lake was beautiful. Close for Ubering to and from Salem which is why we were there. There seemed to be a miscommunication on allowing us to check in early, however, bc when we arrived dirty towels were still in a pile on the bathroom and the bed sheets were used. Not a huge deal, we stripped the bed ourselves and added new sheets and cleaning crew came around 45 minutes before “normal” check in and did the rest. Also was pretty cold at night and in early morning and unsure how……

“Really cool hotel, very comfy bed. We enjoyed the aesthetic and the owners and employees were amazingly helpful to my friend who got a flat tire on the highway. Would definitely recommend. ”

“We really like staying at unique or historical properties. The Daniels house was both. The Hostess at breakfast was very friendly and helpful with our questions about parking for my brother who was coming to meet us. Would stay here again. The only con would be thevceiling height in the 3rd floor rooms.”

“23:00 fire alarm rings, everybody rushed out! Then the next morning 7:30 fire alarm rings again. But the hotel didn’t give any explanations!”
