“I stayed for one day and extended it for another day. The staff insisted on changing my room. There were not many people that day. They insisted on changing me to a room I didn't like. It was far from the room I stayed in before. I felt that the staff was deliberately making things difficult for me.”

“We were in town visiting family and the property was a great hotel alternative. Gave us plenty of room to spread out over our stay and privacy a hotel room cannot offer. Location is great with many things walking distance or a few miles away. Close to highways and 20 minutes to Manchester airport.”

“Housekeeping came in every day and everything was very clean. Service was outstanding! We had a very late check-in due to flight schedules and the hotel kept in conyact with us to be available to is check us in when we finally did arrive. As for comfort, it was great! I am a real life version of the Princess and the Pea and am usually unable to sleep well anywhere besides in my own bed. These beds were wonderful! ”
