“Loved Brian's place. The loft is decorated really nicely and is located in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. Had all the amenities we needed. My husband really enjoyed the Keurig machine and k-cups provided. Brian was a great host, very detailed check in and out instructions and also provided some great options for restaurants and bakeries as well as local entertainment. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do which was fantastic. Would definitely stay there again.”

“If you need a spot to house many people and be a short uber drive to Xcel arena or downtown St Paul this is the place. Highly recommend Brunson's Pub and Caydence Records and Coffee. If you want to venture a little farther Surly Brewing is a awesome place”

“The location of this property is very convenient, and it was very quiet. The unit was clean and comfortable. There are a couple of things in the kitchen that is needed for those who cook - like a strainer or colander. Other than that, the kitchen was great, the bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.”

“We stayed here and went to a show at the First Avenue Club. It was a short walk and the place was nice! Not a lot in the neighborhood of the VRBO but we made it work.”

“I had a wonderful stay. The basement space was private, quiet and cozy. The space is nicely decorated and so clean. We appreciated having the amenities for cooking which saved us money on our apartment hunting trip. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming. Thank you Steve and family!”

“Sweet 3rd floor apartment. Historically decorated. Beautiful view, next to St Paul Brewery. Perfect location when visiting St. Paul. 5-10 minutes away from downtown. Host was very accommodating. Highly recommend staying here.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great and had some walkable restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and the property was exactly as described. Everyone had plenty of space and privacy. The downstairs area was perfect for our kids to have their own space. I especially loved how well labeled everything was. Would definitely stay here again.”

“The Sable apartment was just as described, immaculate and comfortable. There are countless places to dine and drink in the lively neighborhood. And just a walk from the Twins stadium. We would stay here again!”

“I would not stay again! Filthy room People hanging out in front of entrance. Front entrance not marked. The entire place wreaks of cigarette smell & filth! Room was loud...main highway right outside window. People playing loud music. Worst place ever!”

“Clean and has everything we need! Breakfast is okay, nothing much to eat. Downside is no housekeeping daily so we out of toilet papers! Otherwise the price is good! Didnt see any bugs or roach!!! Will stay again. Building is newly updated. ”
