Also, this area of town has a nice weather, usually over 5 to 10 degrees (celcius) more than La Paz down town. The southern distrcit is also home of very popular restaurants, inernationally recognized such as " Gustu" and also the hotel is close located to one of La Paz biggest attractions the cableway, The green station.
