“This is a gem located on the Trinity river. The room was spacious as was the bathroom. The kitchen included everything normally needed. There was a picnic table and weber grill on every patio, a fire ring to relax by, and plenty of room to walk around the property by the river. Staff were super friendly and professional.”

“House was clean, beds comfortable, kitchen pretty well stocked with decent amount of dishes and pots and pans. House is a bit smaller than pictures look. Lots of cats hang around. We saw at least 6. They didn't bother us except the one who sleeps on the back porch gave me a scare when it unexpectedly ran in front of me. The child in our group that was allergic to cats did not react so cats haven't been in the house.”

“The start was little off for us when Google maps directions threw us off (don’t take the OLD Poker Barn road) and ATT cell reception was spotty , but fortunately connected with Bryan and got in without any more fuss. House was perfectly located in front of the river, all amenities available, very peaceful and our pets had the most fun as well. We got some great family time bonding…. Checked out local historic landmarks, old towns etc… overall great trip and wonderful place…..”

“We had a great time relaxing in this home. It was very clean, the beds are beyond comfortable! Kitchen is so well stocked with cooking supplies! Walking to the river and fishing in the morning and evening was so nice and fun for the kids. When finding the house look at the street signs not your phone, it’s easy! Adorable Weaverville is just minutes away for ice cream and dinner.”

“Ping pong paddles were broken. Pool had leaves and the skimmer was broken couch in game room in rough shape. Wood floor with doors to deck had deep scratches. No kitchen shears in kitchen. Dead Omar’s on bathroom ceiling. Quiet neighborhood convenient location. Kitchen clean and nicely renovated. Prompt response to request one hour earlier check in.”

“The house layout and amenities are comfortable for large groups. The back door to the garage didn't lock and made us nervous leaving our bikes in there. The neighborhood is nice and felt safer. We learned from other reviews to turn on the hot tub as soon as we arrived to let it warm up. That worked well until the technician from the spa company turned it all off and reset it to summer settings. He also had concerns regarding the chemicals. It took us over a day to get the hot tub reset and……

“My sister lives in this neighborhood, so it was a no-brainer that we would want to stay here. Very convenient to downtown Redding. The listing is not very clear as I didn't find out that the studio apartment (door A) is included in the overall price of the rental. PLEASE independently verify this, but it makes the price a little more reasonable for the space. The midcentury look is great, but the home also has older electrical outlets that made plugging in modern tech a little tricky. Kitchen……
