Fun accommodations, great location and energetic staff. Noise from upstairs guest walking around and street noise was obvious until 9pm-ish but quiet after that so worked for us.

If they're busier it could be a long walk so if your ski boots aren't comfortable I wouldn't strap up at the car.

You can buy discounted tickets in town at the local sports and recreation stores.  Free shuttle from the Fair grounds.
