“Property was neat and clean and recently updated. Breakfast was grab and go and decent. We are not big breakfast eaters so it as fine just for something to hold us over coffee and a quick bite. The room was clean and spacious. One in our party is in a wheelchair and the room was spacious and accessible as promised in room description. Hotel staff was friendly and always present at front desk and even texted to make sure our stay was pleasant. We were close to UVM and attended accepted student……

“Brand new hotel, hidden basement garage parking, ramp around the side with 2 EV chargeimg stalls, wasn’t able to get the one farthest from the exit to work, seemed firmware was frozen, the other was hogged by another Tesla the 2 days we were there, it’s supposed to be charging stalls only- charge and move-, but this individual wasn’t considerate- hotel should charge a substantial idle fee. Tesla supercharger 5 mins away so not a huge issue. Overall For the cost it was great. A few things I……

“Everything in apt was updated and clean. Very convenient to downtown Burlington. Would stay there again. Neighborhood a smidge scruffy / on the "urban" side, but overall would recommend.”

“Apartment was very clean. Neighborhood was quiet considering there are several bars and/or restaurants nearby. Felt safe. Only complaint/suggestion we have is to cover the bathroom window. We used a trash bag so people or traffic on that side couldn’t see in. That isn’t a show stopper though. We would definitely stay here again!”

Unfortunately, a plumber had to work about 2 hours Sun. night til 10:30 PM, and called in a plumber with a bigger auger who worked the next morning to unclog the basement pipe. This was an issue that obviously had been there awhile! After he left, the tub/shower drained very slowly as well. After mentioning the plumbing work to the property manager, the company agreed to refund some……
