“Very convenient, but the bedding a bit dirty.”

“I stayed in the room called Sirius which is one of the larger rooms with plenty of space and had windows facing 3 different aspects. Service was great and very welcoming by all. The delicious food in the restaurant and the breakfast ordered the to room scheme was a great idea. Nicely maintained grounds with walks into some woods. Couldn’t figure out why it’s not a 5 star.”

“The condition of kitchen was poor with coffee machine, fork, dirty bottle to contain cold water,, .Fortunately, the washing machine and dryer was good and effective. Hopefully, more customers will like this aparthotel because they could rectify all after some of the above had been brought up for their attention on the second day. Some problems had been reflected when I checked out on the third day.”

“Great value for somewhere within walking distance of central Birmingham & nice not to be staying at a chain hotel. Good homemade food & great beer - its a CAMRA beer guide pub.”

“We stayed here a few years ago and found it very convenient for travelling north and stayed again last week. The property is kept clean and tidy, the staff were friendly, happy to talk to customers and helpful, the carpet to the dining area was clean which can be difficult to achieve with so many visitors. There was sufficient choice for breakfast, cooked or cold.”

“The hotel has not much service. Hotel room Is spacious. But they always forgot to give you shampoo or shower gel. Room is not very clean. For the price they charge, is a bit overpriced. Also, there is not enough car parking spaces at hotel. It all depends your luck can park at the hotel. The car park is outsourced to other company. So the hotel staff don’t really care your car. Is a bit ridiculous. ”
