“Bannisters was comfortable and relaxed, with everything we needed. Even though we chose the cheaper room with a garden aspect, the outlook was lovely - rain forest. A highlight was an easy walk to Mollymok beach in the morning we saw dolphins and a sea eagle , with time to buy a coffee from the Bannisters coffe can before the checkout time if 10.30. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay”

“Cabin choice is key! Unfortunately our original cabin was mosquito infested, dirty, damaged and noisy. After requesting a cabin change was denied. A poor review was made and staff were much more accommodating. New cabin was much nicer. Better location in park, cleaner, no noise and less mosquitoes. ”

“Very comfortable renovated pod style room, like modern budget European hotel pods, no view but super comfy and clean. Enough comfort and warmth for a good rest stop overnight, thank you! ”

“It made me very uncomfortable that after my stay the owner messaged and said there were 3 of us instead of 2 so charged me for extra for my son. It was a house on its own so felt a bit creepy that someone was watching. ”

“Bill & Jenny’s place was well located and very comfortable for our few days at Hyam’s Beach. It is convenient to the beach and to some lovely bush walks, and a short drive to all the attractions of Jarvis Bay.”

“We had a lovely time staying at this properly. It was fairly clean and the location was perfect. Only a couple of minutes walk to the beach. The only downside of this property is that you can hear all the noises from the upstairs properly but other than that it was perfect for us.”

“We selected this property as we booked late and not much was left around Jervis Bay. This place is very cheaply furnished and can’t welcome more than 5 people around the diner table. There are no real fence with the neighbour. What’s there in terms of fencing is see through, so no privacy, and offers direct view over the neighbour’s air conditioning so not quiet either. There’s no way you would walk to “the water” either. In short I wouldn’t recommend it!”

“Old motel being slowly renovated. Rooms are very spacious with really comfortable beds. Bathrooms have been updated. Appreciated the large room for our five night stay. Close to beaches, shops and cafes.”
