The only very slight downside is some road noise but the secondary glazing blocked it out effectively. "Absolutely spot on what it says. The house has everything you need. The host said all we needed to take was, food, drink & charcoal for the BBQ. This is so true. The bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen & living area were spacious. With the living area going straight onto the patio area to the pool with several areas to sit & relax. This property is superb."

"A nice, bright (double aspect windows) apartment in a very quiet close, on the edge of Cambridge. Clean and fairly well appointed (fridge freezer, microwave, cooker, washing machine, iron and board). No hairdryer as far as I can see. TV and Virgin box. Comfortable bed (I do hate poor mattresses) was a blessing. I'm sure that before booking it claimed to have parking, because I declined several other properties because they had no parking. "This seasoned property was well-situated in a small village just across the pond from the local pub. It provided us with plenty of room for five adults and was a good home base for exploring some of the coastal areas of Norfolk. We loved the ability to have a fire in the fireplace each night. Our host, Ian, was very welcoming and helpful. While some of the appliances could stand to be updated, overall, we had a pleasant stay."
