The customer service is awesome. We needed some supplies and they were delivered within a few minutes. This is truly a home away from home. Will stay here again when we come back. ”

“Only one bad point: next to train rail, noisy when train pass by. Do not book this from expedia. I found that it is a discounted offer with no ensure car park lots and a next to road side room after i booked from expedia. Lucky that basecamp can arrange a parking lot for me and next time i will book them directly from their website. Expedia didn't tell me it is a "Please note that this unit has been discounted, as it does not have a guaranteed parking stall and is situated next to the stairs and……

“Not too much to say because we were only there one evening. But overall it was acceptable. Pool was an awesome temperature, at approximately 83 degrees celsius. The outdoor hot tub jets didn't work but sgain the temperature was nice. The inside hot tub jets worked and it was excellent.”

“Great communication with the host! Our flight came into Calgary very early and we were able to check in earlier to get ready for our business conference! Super convenient location and we loved the amenities on sight and took advantage of the pool and hot tub in the evenings! The condo was very clean and equipped with everything one needs! Definitely going to stay here again!”

“This unit has been recently renovated and it shows! Bright, fresh look with all you need for a short term stay. Very comfortable sofa and beds. Take a Hike Market and Liquor store both on the property and walking distance to Bridgette Bar! Very very quiet and clean. Would definitely stay again. ”

“This well located condo was ideal for us - three old friends seeking a quiet place with good access to trails for walking to the restaurants and amenities of the town. Appreciated the underground parking, kitchen that met our needs, comfortable beds, fireplace, and plenty of room indoors and on the deck to socialize . The only disappointment was that the interior doors could use a good wipe down to remove sticky fingerprints, the place was dusty, and the door handle on one bathroom did not work……

“Adorable condo. Rooms and bathrooms were a great size. Layout was great, no wasted space. Felt safe, especially for being on the ground floor...which was super handy since I had my dog with me. I personally slept on the pullout couch and was perfectly comfortable. We might have a new go to for staying in Canmore!”

“The room was clean and big. The location is very close to the town area. The reception of this hotel is not 24/7 and it opens in the late morning (at 9am) and close at 5-8pm depending on the day. We arrived late on the first day and found out the reception was closed! It was quite scary as foreign travelers. However, we had a local sim card and found out that they had already emailed us the instruction to get into our room. So don't panic if the reception is closed when you arrive.”

“This property was a really nice get away. Central and easy to get anywhere we wanted to go on foot. Regan was great to talk to and the check in process was seamless. The rooftop hot tubs were a highlight!”

“This property is located just off the TransCanada highway and was an excellent base ro spend time in Banff (5 mins by car) and Lake Louise (about 45 mins by car). The property is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. We'd consider staying here again if we're in the area.”

“Great value if you want to have a place to sleep only. Comfortable bed and good size bathroom. Otherwise space limited. So, truly for those who want to spend time outside. This is reception free appartment building but everything was clear in the communication. I would go back.”
