“The room and view were excellent. I have been staying at The Reef for several years; however , the parking situation is now impossible. They give you a parking permit but the parking is taken by Sharkey’s customers. It has made me rethink whether or not we will return to this property. Hopefully management can resolve this problem so that the hotel will reclaim the parking lot. ”

“Originally, I was hesitant to book this room, not based on reviews or location just because I haven’t stayed at this brand of hotels. I can only base my review on my stay and encounter. I give my room a 10 out of 10 the suite was very spacious and very clean. Everyone at the check-in checkout desk was very friendly. I can’t take off any points for them not having breakfast because it has a full kitchen with dishes, utensils, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave sink, dish, towels, dish detergent,……

“Location is great, hotel pretty comfortable this is the 3rd time we have stayed here, the down side to this place is the sub par breakfast. Breakfast selection is not great at all and during this stay there were totally out of breakfast items with about 45 min left to serve breakfast, we left to get breakfast each day during our stay, it seems the hotel wasn’t prepared for the number of guest they had, I don’t really understand why bc it was a holiday weekend and of course people we gonna flock……

“The building is really old and the room is dirty no cleaning service, the matteress was really hard cannot sleep on there, when we get the there the toilet was broken and towel hanger was broken too And at the LAST they charged me $164 without receipt or without email, i still dont know why This was really terrible experience, never go there again ”

“Absolutely loved our stay at this property! The location was a big part of that. The house is located in a quiet, more residential part of PCB, but also just a stone's throw from the beach, and with a supermarket just around the corner. The place was spotless, the beds super comfy and it had all the amenities we needed for a lovely week at the beach. Definitely recommend this place!”

“Absolutely loved this little cottage and all it had to offer. Easy access to beach, home had everything we needed and property manager was great! We took our 2 dogs and the backyard was so convenient! We will stay here again if we can next trip!”

“Great little place decorated very cute and fun. Just about 3 blocks from Laguna Beach. All the amenities including an all-in-one washer dryer that was kind of hard to figure out. Nice beds, great little kitchen. Would definitely recommend and we would stay there again.”

“This condo was awesome! Pictures are spot on! All beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of towels, extra blankets, kitchenware, and utensils. If you plan on cooking and possibly having leftovers, there isn’t any Tupperware, so I would bring some with you. I did notice towards the end of the week, there were carts in the garage…maybe preparing for spring break…that would have been helpful when we got there, so we didn’t have to walk across the street, get a cart, walk back over, unload, then……
