“Family enjoyed staying here. True get away (no TV in rooms). We purchased board games from the adjacent town to play when not in the pool or beach. Pool is shared by two other homes and was not an issue during our stay. Beach club is a stone throws away with two decent sized pools. Beach is about a five minute walk from the home. Everyone was very kind and helpful.”

“This villa is a dream come true. We loved the clean and comfortable rooms, we swam a lot in both the lap pool and family pool, and loved the local home cooking from housekeeper Maria. And don't forget your binoculars if you’re a birder, theres dozens of specues right on the grounds, plus a beach and estuary. Really an amazing place. And great communication with the owner John.”

“This home is perfect for a family or group getaway. Located in a small, private, gated community of custom built vacation villas, this house has four en suite bedrooms, large kitchen, laundry, large comfy sitting room, and ample dining room. Two housekeeper/cooks are also available for hire to make the stay completely care-free. The house includes its own pool and jacuzzi, while the small gated community also offers it own larger pool for use by residents. The kids have their own en suite……

“We had an absolutely wonderful, peaceful stay at Casa Karina. It was the perfect size for me, my partner and our two young adult/teen sons. We loved hanging out on the patio, taking turns in the hammock and watching the ocean and pelicans flying overhead. Going to sleep in comfortable beds while listening to the waves. Kitchen supplies were ample. The property manager, Jenny, was very responsive to all of our concerns and communications. Aticama is a charming village with many great restaurants……
