“This resort was overall pretty good, a little dated and lots of stairs for rooms on upper floors as there was no elevators. Being close to the beach and having lots of options for kids made it a great place to spend a week. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Many times repeat guest at Palladium. Low season so hotel was full of locals on 3-4 day trips. Large family groups who tolerated us but are not generally friendly or communicative and squeeze you out of your space if you don’t stand your ground. Beaches are Federally owned so not unusual to find locals walking onto supposed hotel beach front. All that said we keep coming back and have stayed in Family Selection area the last few visits where you are better cared for and have better……

“Eh ido a este hotel 4 ó 5 veces, y es la primer vez que me siento un poco decepcionada, ya que no cambiaron las toallas de mi habitación todos los días, y tampoco las dejaban completas. Además a la hora de salir, estaban dando mantenimiento a la puerta del estacionamiento, y nonme permitian salir, tuve que esperar demasiado, deberían considerar una puerta alterna o avisar a los huéspedes que saldrán ese día, para tomar precauciones. Comida rica y variada. Instalaciones cómodas. En general……

“Our second stay. The one bedroom is huge and comfortable. Flamingos is right next door and you can eat at the restaurants there, but is much busier and noisier. The pool, outside spas and beach are lovely. The inside spa is amazing for hydrotherapy. All the people who work there are friendly. Lots of water bottle waste. It would be nice if they could figure out how to get bigger plastic water bottles. True of all of Mexico, unfortunately. The only complaint is the same one true of most of……

“Everything was perfect right from the time we booked this hotel. Check in was seamless, staff is super friendly and the whole property is spotless. We had a family suite on the bottom floor and it was perfect, lots of room for our 3 young kids. There is plenty of bottled water on each floor, a good pizza shop attached to the building plus a convenience and beer store less than a minute walk up the street. It is a great place for a family, laid back atmosphere and fairly quiet. The pool was warm……
