“We stayed here for graduation and it was perfect! Travis was quick to respond! He had coffee that we needed which was so thoughtful! It’s nice walking into a home w hand soap, dish soap, shampoo n conditioner, laundry detergent .. was so helpful! We used every space and it was a fantastic fit!! Would definately stay here again.:)”

“We reserved the Santorini cottage but the owners asked us to upgrade to the sprawling 4BR 4BA home. It was lovely! The land is so peaceful and the condition of the house was perfect. Very well-equipped kitchen. I can only assume that the smaller cottage was as nice as the big home on the same land. Both had fenced yards for dogs which our dog thoroughly enjoyed.”

“We stayed here for an extended weekend for the UNC graduation. Perfect location, close enough to Chapel Hill but far enough away to avoid the crowds. Grocery stores & restaurants close by along with state parks. The listing is very accurate. The fenced back yard is secure & large. Lots of space inside & out! We saw deer every day. The host was very responsive to our few questions, check in & out was easy. The host was very generous in stocking the house: toilet paper, paper towels, more than……

“My 2-year-old grandson loved this place. Tons of outdoor spaces to run around in, climbing structures, and swings. Inside the entire upstairs was mostly geared towards young people and family time. The crib was a huge benefit...and the home being kid-friendly was a primary reason for choosing the house. With 2.5 bathrooms and five separate sleeping areas, there was space for all to be away from each other if desired. We were in town for a wedding and wanted a short drive time between the……

“The hosts were very easy to work with, and the house was in great condition. Very nicely decorated, modern, had all the necessities. The neighborhood--the street and nearby commercial district--are definitely in transition and not ideal for walking. We felt uncomfortable taking our dogs out, even as people who have lived in NYC/Chicago during the 80s :-). While it might feel different to people who are from the area or live on the street, it's a hard place to land for visitors.”

“Kitchen, Laundry and Bathrooms are the strong points for this listing. Inside was clean and comfortable. Outside had great parking with easy entrance, but porch, deck and yard furniture were dirty and not kept up well. This lovely wooded area caused a late night Uber to be a bit anxious.”
