"The house is old, so not everything is perfect, but it's cared for and nothing is out of ordinary for a house it's age. It was a good location and good layout for a two family trip. No problems or complaints. It's about equal distance from Nub's/Highlands and Boyne mountain (15 or so minutes from each) and 10 minutes or so from downtown Petoskey, which has good restaurants and some shops. I would recommend this property for any large groups or families who are coming up to ski. Thanks again"

"The Farmhouse worked for our large family. Marie answers immediately any concerns or questions you have. It was very clean and peaceful. My kids (adults)had to do with no TV and Wi-Fi. Which I felt was good for us all. The 3 bathrooms was a huge plus. I would definitely stay again."

"Architectural wonder was Half House. Low ceilings, narrow hallway & a secret bedroom that relieved us thinking we’d be sharing the bed. The pathway to the house is challenging for those with mobility issues . The view of Lake Michigan sunsets were spectacular! A GREAT location in Charlivoix"
