"100% attractively and thoughtfully renovated, only evidence of house’s age was stairs to bedrooms that are a bit steep and ceiling a bit low at top for 6’2” husband. We are 70 and it worked fine. Spotless new bathrooms and comfortable beds. The location 2 blocks from bike path was perfect. Convenient location,about 10 minutes to skiing, beach, and downtown Petoskey."

"This house is so cozy and inviting. There is plenty of room to spread out and have your own space. The renovations and new carpet look great! The updated deck was amazing and we spent a lot of time on the deck! The house was well stocked, the beds were comfortable and the sheets and towels were soft. There were a few cobwebs but given the time of year and the location we figure there has not been much traffic through the house recently so it was not a concern at all we just wiped them away if...

"It was a very cute cozy cabin. It had all the basic necessities including oven, microwave, refrigerator which was nice but the cleanliness of the house was below average. Dust could be seen on the walls, the bathroom mirror had not been cleaned. There was splatter of some kind on the bathroom wall just above the mirror. The dish rack once we pulled it out from under the kitchen counter was gross. The heater when it turned on rattled very loudly. It sounded like the fan was broken and hitting...

I am a clean freak and it was clean enough - not perfect, but clean enough that I was very comfortable. 😊 The decor and design of the place was great - cozy, restful, quiet. "Our family of five stayed for a ski weekend. It was the perfect place for our stay. Close to both ski hills we visited. We love the city of Petoskey, but don’t have time to visit. The host was amazing about letting us check in early and our kids loved the Petoskey stone keepsakes of the trip. The layout of the home was unique, but it added to its charm. The checkout procedures were minimal and the kitchen was well stocked. We are truly looking forward to staying again next year. Thanks!!"

"Architectural wonder was Half House. Low ceilings, narrow hallway & a secret bedroom that relieved us thinking we’d be sharing the bed. The pathway to the house is challenging for those with mobility issues . The view of Lake Michigan sunsets were spectacular! A GREAT location in Charlivoix"
