Very nice hotel close to the airport and the arena. The beds and pillows where very comfortable. The personal items like shampo, body lotion, etc, were very good qualify. The facility was very nice decorated and the rooms looked like new or updated. Good stay if you miss your flight or have a lobg lay over they also have a suttle to the airport.

The airport shuttle was convenient and never crowded. The rooms were very noisy with lots of yelling and door slamming in the halls throughout the night. There was a gap under the room door so you could hear everything. There is no public transit nearby.

Despite being right next to hwy and busy O Hare Airport where planes are flying so low just above the building, it is super quiet! Decorations are above average compared to other LQ properties. Airport Shuttle needs to be booked in advance to guarantee a seat or you might get left out because they share shuttle with other hotel nearby. Shuttle to airport (and L Blueline station are really the only way into town if you don't drive) Area is okay and safe with good food options. But the adjacent rundown building and abandoned car park is a turn off. But you can always look the other way.
