“De auto kon gratis voor het Hotel geparkeerd worden, maar er is ook een aparte parkeerplaats voor hotelgasten. In het historische pand had ik een wat gedateerde kamer, maar dit was in lijn met de prijs. Ontbijtzaal en café zijn gezellig en bij mooi weer is het lekker buiten op de binnenplaats waar ook locals iets komen drinken. Rustig Engels dorpje.”

“Generally a very good hotel. Breakfast was excellent, evening meals were good and staff very friendly. The bathroom is tired and needs updating and the cleaning of the room was ok only. The beds were not properly made. Ideally located for Castle Howard and surrounding area and the village of Hoveringham is very picturesque ”
