“I can actually say me and my family enjoy the motel 6 downtown on veterans parkway in Columbus Georgia it was clean and the customer service agents were very respectful and helped us to their best ability the bathrooms are very clean the rooms were very clean and very spacious I will definitely be returning”

“Billing issues. Just noticed today as i am going back over the summer bank statements. Booked through Hotels.com, was charged for two nights, then charged a night by the hotel. not friendly to work with.”

“The hotel bathtub was nasty the towels were dingy when I asked the cleaning staff for fresh towels they had an attitude. We didn’t even spend the night we checked out the same day asked the clerk to refund at least half the rate and the hotel refused we didn’t even sit on the bed.”

“My first impression of the property was not good and it did not get any better. People were outside in the parking lot smoking and drinking. When we walked into our room the smell was terrible. It was not clean and there were bugs all over the bed, the wall, and the bathroom. We left within 5 minutes of arriving. We reached out to Expedia and the hotel about a refund but did not receive any help. Do not book here. ”

“The house was perfect. We had a son graduating from Fort Moore, 15-20 minutes to front gate and also to the National Infantry Museum. Close to Columbus and shopping and food. Would strongly recommend this property and location for a stay”

“We came to Columbus for my son’s Turning Green ceremony at Ft. Moore. We hadn’t seen him since he left for basic training 2/26. It was a long time apart!! Our stay at this property was perfect beyond expectation. We had the comforts of home as well as a kitchen to cook my son his favorite meals! The house had all the amenities to make us comfortable and settle in for some relaxing very much missed “family time”. Thank you so much!”
