“The hotel was very nice every staff member I encountered was nice and it was great we could get to the convention center without going outside I would definitely book there again.”

“Brian and the other front desk clerks were great. I do not appreciate Marriott’s practice of charging more for the same room under the same booking ($139 Monday and $169 on Tuesday) due to “supply & demand”. I was not told about this by Hotel.com or Fairfield Inn until time of checkout. I will definitely be checking out other hotels practices before booking a hotel in the future. I would expect Marriott and Hotel.com to be more transparent and I find this practice akin to price gauging-unfair……
