“Dan is a wonderful host. The house is very well decorated and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The size of the rooms were good. The kids had a nice cozy room. We were 4 adults, 4 kids and 2 pups and we didnt get to use one room with a king bed. Dan was very prompt in his responses. The house location is perfect. It is a very short drive to the beach. We walked only to see the sunset/sunrise but had to drive with beach supplies as its a good 10 min walk. We had a minor issue of water over……

“This house met all of our needs ! The location is fantastic, the house is quite nice, and having a hot tub and small plunge pool were incredibly nice features. I would say the only detractor was that the cleanliness of the master bathroom showers could have been better. Still, we plan to come back to this house next summer as well!”

“House was amazing. Just what a family needs. Getting to and from the main road is another story. Having to leave air out of your tires and then putting air back in your tires each time you have to go on the main road is a hassle. Also watching the tide schedule is important. You can’t just jump in your vehicle and go somewhere. You have to have a plan. Plus it’s not just you on the sand. We wanted to try it. Sooo now… been there, done that, don’t need to go back.”

It truly makes for a better experience having peace, quiet, clean and comfy bedding. The owners were truly a blessing, living nearby. They were the definition of true southern hospitality. All of the bedrooms, bathrooms, and common spaces were clean, spacious enough, and homey. “Pamela's voh18 was perfect for an extended family getaway. We had 16 guests (8 adults and 8 kids). Everyone had a bed to sleep in and there was plenty of room for everyone to gather upstairs or do their own thing on one of the lower levels. The location to the beach and the 4x4 beach were great! Definitely recommend renting a 4x4 vehicle if you don't already have one to drive on the beach, that was the highlight of the trip for the kids. I'd give the house a 4.5 if i could, the one drawback was……
