“A fantastic place to stay in Cougar! Extremely clean and very impressed with how up to date they were on everything. Room was perfect for what we needed. Host was very responsive at getting us checked in. The waitress/cook/bar tender deserves a raise! She was also training a new employee and doing it all on top of that. Full service gift shop literally has everything. Looking forward to coming back. ”

“Loved the antique vibe of the place. Very clean and well-decorated. Perfect location for downtown Ridgefield. Room got a little cold at night due to one of the wall heaters being out of commission.But it wasn’t a huge deal.”

“The location is perfect right on the river with a great view from all windows. There are day trip opportunities near by the Mt St. Helens Visitor center, small town Kalama and McMenimans w/rec area. Even an in town Woodland Thai restaurant was good ( Mai Thai). The room was spacious with everything you need with a retro feel. The bed was so comfortable, especially with the soft blanket, need to find that one. The soaker tub was enjoyable. We will return, especially when the weather gets warmer,……

“I was in town for a paintball war game event that happened in st paul the weekend before. And was visting family and friends afterwards. This place made it easy for me to spend time with them. The only problem i had is i was afraid to move the tv so i can watch it as it seems like it would fall off the wall. The bed was super comfortably, and i could get the place as cool or as hot as i wanted to. Typically washington ot rained while i was there. Having a small table with a coffee pot and a……

“This brand new home had everything needed for my stay. Everything was clean and comfortable with plenty of room to work and chill within the comfort of the home. Parking was no problem right next to the house. The neighborhood is in a beautiful, quiet area and the short drive to the interstate made local travel easily accessible. Would love to come back.”

“The Lewis River flows by just outside the door of this marvelous house. The well-stocked kitchen (condiments! Sharp knives! Toaster!) was super nice to use, and stores are a short drive away in Woodland. The homemade salmon dip was amazing! The hosts were friendly and helpful and stayed out of our hair once we checked in.
