"Location was excellent to walk to Bank of America stadium or Spectrum Center.Great food choices.Staff was friendly from arrival at valet parking to Roosevelt taking care of our luggage and getting us checked in.Had an issue with our television maintenance tried to get issues resolved but couldn’t so was moved to another room.Wiuld highly recommended."

"Everything from check in to check out was fantastic. Only problem we had was the door to hallway and bathroom did not latch tight. It locked and was secure but was not tight so allowed some outside noise in."
