The villa we stayed in had comfortable beds and everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen and perfect AC! Every staff member went out of their way to be kind and helpful. Even when I left an item after I checked out and flew home. Spa personnel and facility were top notch. Really appreciated the healthy choices for breakfast and the adult only……

“Our queen room was right next to the pool where the hotel blasted music starting around 8:00 am and no guests were out there using it. The pool staff was noisy as well. The biggest inconvience was no parking close to our room, we hauled our stuff across the lawn paths because we decided using a staff driven colf cart would take several trips due to lugage, coolers and bags of groceries. Lucky our room was on the ground level because there are no elevators. We switched to a King room for our……

“I booked for two bed one night. When I checked in they told me my room was unavailable. They can only offer me a queen bed with a very uncomfortable sofa bed. Honestly, the soda bed is very very very uncomfortable. The air condition was not work about 5 hours until 9：30pm the technical people came for fix. The cotton package was opened already. Felt upset. Because We paid around $400/per night. ”

“Pros - Great place to stay for Indian Well, close to a cute downtown area with lots of shops and restaurants. Quiet and relaxing. Cons - they must allow pets here, lots of people have their dogs. Great for them, not so great for other people who had to deal with pet hairs, or had allergies to dogs. They tried to keep it clean, but I am sure people let their pets on the bed and sofa, etc...”
