“We were looking for a restful stress-free vacation and Excellence delivered! The Resort is beautiful and well maintained. The staff always had a smile and they were always eager to help. We throughly enjoyed the cabanas and pool area and the swim up bar. The rooms were clean and spacious. We booked a massage and facial and to our surprise, Hydrotherapy was included. “We loved staying at this property for the food options, the beach was clean, and the drinks were flowing. Our only complaint was how loud our room was. We were located right next to the janitorial room/maintenance room and they were loud from 7am-5pm. This was a swim up jr suite. We got about 2 hours of quiet before the band started up and went from 8:00-11:00pm. On the plus side we never needed music while sitting at the pool because there was always some playing. ”

“First of all the only thing we liked was the staff service. Specially Sr. Bolivar Rivas (driver). This person is at your service and problem solving that makes you feel protected. "喜欢这家度假村的多样性，无论是吃的，玩的，住的都很好。设计方面也很特别，大堂去到房间的路上也设计得很好，路上有很多餐馆和上商店。不好的在于高峰期的时候等车要等很久，里面太大了，没车走路真的又累又热。不过条件允许的话租个高尔夫小车出行还是很方便的。"
