“This was a really lovely place to stay. We were a group of 8 friends, 5 of whom met at university and were celebrating 40 years of knowing on another. The property is characterful and quirky, and it felt very much like staying in someone's home. Had the weather been bad we would have found plenty to do in the house as there was a games room and a piano in the living room. Two of us played the piano quite a bit over the weekend and several played both pool and table tennis. The kitchen warmed by……

“A nice B&B. The owner, Mike, has been in the hotel business for years and is doing a nice job. He was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice as to space and layout. The only negative was the shower was at best "phone booth" sized. For non-UK guests who drive there, be aware that the signage to the on premises car park is minimal, and the entry to the car park is extremely narrow which caused considerable worry entering and exiting, but no incidents. Mike was quite helpful in helping……

“Homestead was clean tidy and comfortable, and was well equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday. Definitely recommend. A very short walk into Lyme Regis with all its independent shops, cafes etc. The Town Mill and Lyme Regis Museum are well worth visiting. One thing to note, the parking at Homestead is tight as is mentioned in the description so take care.”
