“I stayed 4 nights this time. For the first night, the air conditioning is malfunction so that the room temperature is cold (20.5 degree C) for the whole night even I set it to 26.0 degree C on the air conditioning control panel. The panel can show the setting value of 26.0 degree C but the setting value does not work. Next morning, I went 1st floor and told service counter about this. They sent a technician / service guy to my room. He checked my setting showing 26.0 degree C so he said the air……

“Poor services. Need to wait long for check-in. I asked for a few hangers and I didn't get them until I repeated the request for 3 times. One of the toilets was stucked so I asked the staff to fix it. One guy came and checked the problem in the morning and promised to fix it soon after we go out. “飯店能時時觀看訂房需求並且給予協助（因為我住宿當天凌晨才訂房）。房間打開兩個最大行李箱是沒問題的。房間燈光充足明亮、房間內很清潔、隔音好、行李員笑容可掬，飯店還備很多免費的飲料及小零食，讓我們有渡假的幸福感。離皇后購物廣場走路兩三分鐘可到，吃飯購物非常方便。唯一缺點是雙人床翻身會影響另一個人，淺眠的建議訂兩小床的。我們另一間兩小床的床單都有血跡，感覺不好。除兩項缺點外，其他都滿分！”
