“Nice hotel with great staff right in the heart of the city. High quality everything and scrupulously clean. Only downside is traffic noise and constant hum from the ac units I think from the lane behind the pool area”

“It was very nice! The guy that helped us check in was sooo helpful during our whole stay. ”

“The front desk is not very agreesieve to solve the issue for customer. I booked the hotel via agent and the package is breakfast included. I show the confirmation later and also the member card. But the front desk only keep saying that they didn’t see that info from their record. They only asked me to solve this via my agent and not willing to help to double check in their side. This is bad experience and I won’t stay again. ”

“Lovely hotel, unfortunately the area between the St Regis and gastown did not feel safe with lots of individuals under the influence of drugs or alcohol, homeless etc around the area.”
