“I was very pleased with this apartment. It was beautiful and very handy for my eclipse needs. I thought the pictures of it didn't do it justice! It was quiet and had everything I needed. The only drawback was the long staircase to get up there with my luggage, but I managed. I brought some soap and shampoo for my showers and needed them. ”

“Great, quaint cabin, that is well maintained and tastefully appointed. Setting on the covered porch looking out over the trees and pasture made me feel like I was 1000 miles from anywhere. The hobby farm next door was really cool. There were all kinds of animals on the property, many roaming free. I even saw a skulk of foxes as I pulled into the property. A quick 8 minute drive and you were in Carbondale. Very cool.”

“I would give 6 stars if I could! Kevin was an absolutely delightful and very communicative host - he responded to questions very quickly and reached out to make sure we were doing well. The property is awesome - fantastic hot tub and pool, and the RV is very new, had plenty of space, and included amenities like soap, towels etc. Would love to visit again sometime.”

“The home is an older home which appears to have been built in stages. The floors are quite creaky and the age shows throughout. The worst issue for us was the noise of the street out front. We had expected less traffic in such a small town, although the owner made no such claim. The beds were excellent and there was plenty of hot water. The furniture is in good shape. In view of the price we felt it was a good value.”

“If you are looking for a beautiful cabin that is tucked away from the center of town but a quick drive to the action, look no further! I stayed here with my mom, aunt, and my 1.5 year old daughter and we had the best time! The cabin is beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious. The cabin is well-equipped so you have everything you need to relax and unwind. There is also an adorable farm next to the property. We would absolutely return here!”

Only needed a place since we were passing through for the night, but the EXCELLENT location, facility & ease of process has made us consider returning just so we can have a mini vacay there & really enjoy the property.”

“I cannot say enough how wonderful our stay was at Oak Manor. We stayed here for our daughter’s law school graduation and we had 15 family and friends join us. The house was exceptional. So clean and comfortable. We cooked all of our meals together and grilled out on the terrace. The property grounds are wonderful and we spent many hours on the terrace enjoying the views and comfy patio furniture. I loved having my morning coffee on the front porch swing listening to the birds sing. Betsy the……

“We ladies had a great couple of days in wine country. It was so nice for all four of us to have our own bed. The house is roomy and was very clean with all the amenities needed. We would recommend it! Be aware, it is closer to the road than we expected, but there was no traffic noise. Also, there are no shades on the main floor windows. Nice location. Close to the wine trail and Carbondale, even a Dollar General. Great stay!”
