“The decor is very modern and appealing. Most front desk staff members were friendly and helpful. The two security people outside the bar were aloof and standoffish. The rooms were comfortable for the most part except for the extra high tubs that were extremely difficult and dangerous to navigate. The replenishing of water bottles was appreciated.”

“Nice hotel and friendly staffs. The room size is relatively spacious than the others in London. Quite environment but convenient. Only 5 mins from the underground and train stations. It is good to have a small cooking area and dining table. ”

“They were able to check me in early, at noon rather than having to come back in the evening. My single room was way roomier than I imagined, clean and tidy. They also have a programme where they give you a bit of credit towards the bar or restaurant if you opt to skip housekeeping. The hotel is situated at a very convenient location, supermarket across the street, and tons of food options all around.
