“The apartment is quite far to tube station, and all the facilities are broke, we were taking a cold shower there, and the heater was not working either.
Strongly not recommend this hotel as not worth every penny!!”
“Good location, yet it is a basement room. Smokes come in when people smoke in the backyard.
Bathroom is old and tub is dirty with old soap
Good breakfast.
Overall a fair hotel yet it's too expansive.”
“This property was centrally located near many great dining options and the Earl’s Court tube station. The property was undergoing renovations during our stay and I imagine it’ll be a great upgrade to the building once completed. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting London. The proprietor was exceptionally welcoming and helpful as was the staff.”
"I don't like the cleaner to clean my room at around 430 pm on 2 days. Hotel replied that they have more than 1000 rooms and will be arranged to clean some room on pm sessions. But I am satisfied with their reply as 4 star hotels should arrange staff to clean the rooms with efficient way."
"The staff is very helpful especially during the accident that my wife is locked in the bathroom, the staff immediately come and help her out
The service is fabulous "
"They were able to check me in early, at noon rather than having to come back in the evening.
My single room was way roomier than I imagined, clean and tidy. They also have a programme where they give you a bit of credit towards the bar or restaurant if you opt to skip housekeeping.
The hotel is situated at a very convenient location, supermarket across the street, and tons of food options all around.
All the major central London landmarks are within half an hour of walking distance, even Tate Modern."
