“Customer Service is great, Room is always clean, Check-in be right on time, Safe environment, Quiet as well, Easy parking. Love scene at the hotel only hotel I go to when I’m in town.”

“Not bad but missing cookies and quality teas and coffee creams. Swimming pool requires major repair. Two large SUV with large boats occupied over 15 parking spots and no place to park late at night arrivals. ”

“Not in a terribly unsafe location but not the best. Have to beg for towels and other wash cloths to be changes. They will not make your bed during their clean, im not sure if that's company policy or not.”

“I really like Hyatt Place due to very nice rooms and good breakfast. We had issues with the AC in our room but overall an ok stay. ”

“Lily Hall was an awesome getaway. The room truly felt like home. The decor choices were thoughtfully curated throughout the property creating a very warm environment. The parlor and lobby area were very relaxing. The hosts were very accommodating with any requests and were very easy to reach. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone coming to Pensacola!”

“The hotel was horrible. They were remodeling and had tape and paint everywhere. It was cheap. Half was for short stays and the other half were for full time live in guests. There was junkies roaming. Nothing looked like the pictures. Tv didn’t work nor WiFi ”

The only suggestion was that the bathroom lighting was very dim. Maybe they could put a hight wattage bulb or more lighting.”
