“Delightful small hotel near the seafront in Eastbourne. The staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was very good. The free parking was wonderful.”

“The Claverton House Hotel is a lovely, small hotel with good parking, with wonderful grounds and is well located for trips to Battle, Hastings and the Carr Taylor Vineyard. Our family group spent one night in 2 luxury rooms - modern, spacious with king size beds. We had an enjoyable dinner - a good selection of menu options at reasonable prices - and excellent freshly cooked Full English breakfasts. The service by the generally young staff was efficient and friendly. ”

“酒店位于海边，过了马路就面朝大海了。本来很喜欢酒店的服务，以前住过的。可是这次稍稍失望，我们check in在12点半，下了火车带着4岁孩子，可是却说房间没有整理好，告诉我按规定是下午3点check in的。无可挑剔的回答。只好下午3点拿到房间钥匙。酒店当天一定很少人入住，就早餐的人数不到10人，而且我退房时（11:00），明眼看到服务生带客人入住。这是我入住5星级酒店唯一的一次下午3点拿到房间钥匙。”

“We stayed in the Swan Deluxe Suite and wished we'd booked for longer. It looks like it was only recently renovated and it was immaculate, clean and tasteful. Was nice having a separate living area. The robes and slippers were a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable. The little terrace was nice. If it had been warmer, i imagined having a drink on the terrace, looking at the gorgeous view. The breakfast was buffet style and had so many options. Didnt eat in the restaurant but looked nice.……

“The location of hotel is good and you can find various shops, supermarket, restaurants and bars just around. The view outside is nice as you can see the sea at a walkable distance. You can also enjoy a coffee and breakfast at the cafe at beach. The indoor design is warm. However the heater did not provide enough heat and the hot water supply at bathroom is not stable. There is no lift and you may evaluate if you can take a big luggage upstairs although I guess you can ask for a room at lower……
