"This well appointed condo is in the ideal location in Cuenca. Out the front door you are in the beautiful historic district of Cuenca and out the back door, down the stairs and you are on the Rio Tomebamba walking path so start exploring! The modern condo is beautifully decorated and the rooftop provides 360 degree view of the Cajas Mountains. The landlord is extremely responsive and more than willing to please. This is our 7th year to rent here and that says it all! We highly recommend this...

Great location! - Wish we had access to common areas like pool, gym and jacuzzi but due to covid the building has a no access policy for guest that are not staying for at least 3 months. These rules could change so I advice to chat with Milton before hand. Highly recommend."

"We enjoyed staying in this beautiful apartment. It was well stocked when we arrived. The building is secure. Having a washing machine in the unit was greatly appreciated. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed drinking coffee in the mornings while watching the sea turtles swimming around. "Olon is a quaint fishing village with many excellent restaurants and bars on the Ecuadorian coast between Salinas and Manta. It boasts one of the longest beaches on the coast. Jardines De Olon (Olon Gardens) is in an awesome gated location and the building is not that old. Sarah our apartment owner and Karen the manager made us feel welcome and up to speed with all the services. "The property was great. Spacious, well furnished, clean, close to the main street. Easy access to shopping, transportation. The manager was easy to reach and very helpful. The building was very secure with a gated entry, alarmed building at night. The gardens are absolutely beautiful on the property. I will most definitely stay here again."

"This was a clean cosy condo unit in a small 6 unit building. Security was excellent, the pool was clean and the other residents were super welcoming. Highlights were the daily barefoot beach walks and the magnificent sunsets. Both the property owner and the property manager were very helpful. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a quiet relaxing home base from which to explore the Ecuadorian coast."

"We enjoyed our stay and the house was very clean . We had a few problems that the owner addressed quickly like when the air conditioner broke they fixed it. The manger of property was awesome but the house needs some serious updating, everything metal was covered in rust and cracks in ceilings, walls and the smell of gas from appliances was bad enough to get headaches. The TV was broken, allegedly taken from the neighbors trash can some years ago....but the property manager Jim helped everytime...

"Checkin was a bit of a pain because we arrived very late opening the lock boxes for the keys were a pain, but even though it was nearly midnight the manager answered right away. Loved the changing views out over the town and the volcano, totally amazing. My favorite place when in the condo was in front of the livingroom window. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the locals are warm and friendly. It's easy to get around town on foot but the walk from the condo is a bit of a trek, however,...

"Property very well maintained with total security. You see some activity on the weekends but during the week days you got the beach pretty much to yourself. Caretaker was quick to response and address minor details. I would definitely come back for another stay."
