“Great communications from the host”

“The neighbor was great within walking distance of several great restaurants. It was only 10 minutes to the hospital what I had an early pre-op check-in. So much nicer than staying in a hotel.”

“The place was extremely clean, very well decorated. Bed was very comfortable and there were some very nice chocolates which I love. My grandson was thrilled to have a room for himself. Overall had a very enjoyable stay and will stay here again.”

“Tiny house on the hill is a Capitol Hill gem and perfect for the book launch we attended at Elliott Bay Bookstore (another Seattle gem). Everything you need is provided including parking. Only downside would be if you are mobility challenged. The loft bed is accessed via a ladder (as shown in pics). .”

“It was very clean and inviting inside. There’s no real kitchen but it had a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom is very nice! Smart TVs in the rooms. The windows face the back yard which is very green and we saw a mother deer and her faun grazing. Fantastic experience!”

“We loved the home and Alki beach! Stayed with a group of girlfriends for a getaway weekends and many of them said Alki was their favorite area of Seattle. We’ve also stayed in many rentals and this was the most well stocked house w fun little extras like wine and snacks. Thank you!”

“We stayed one night for a Rolling Stones concert at Lumen field and the room was clean, comfortable, close to shops, PCC market and other amenities. A 10 min Uber ride to Lumen and other major downtown venues. Beats driving home 2+ hours in traffic! We’ll definitely stay again when coming to the city for events.”

“What a great getaway house! It is well-appointed, and the kitchen has everything we need. It was great to be able to charge our vehicle at the house. The beach was amazing for long walks, and terrific mountain biking was close by. The house is exactly as presented in the VRBO description, and the owner was easily accessible. We will be back.”

“Sufficient for short stays. Neighborhood looks a little rough, but had no issues with anything or anyone. Water was hot, the towels and showers were clean. That’s all we needed. 15-20 minutes to airport. Well worth the price. The host was easily accessible if I had any questions.”

“We had a great stay at this beautifully remodeled house and Christa was a wonderful host! The house is in a great location...super close to downtown and the stadiums, and is in a highly walkable neighborhood. There are several great options for food and coffee just a few blocks away and everywhere we went was delightful. Christa was a great communicator throughout the whole process and provided everything we needed in the home. The only "negative" thing about the location is the parking...it is……

“This was great fun, despite the inclement weather! Pam is such a gem of a host, taking care of us above and beyond what was expected. The space was cozy, the bed was comfy, and we made new friends with the alpacas nearby.”

“The sound of the refrigerator and air conditioner was so loud that I had to turn off the air conditioner but the quilt was so thin that I was woken up by the cold at night. The refrigerator was noisy but I couldn't turn it off. I went to bed at three in the morning, woke up at six in the morning and slept until about seven. I only slept for more than four hours at night.”
