“I stayed here for 6 days as part of the crew of a sail racing team. The apartment was really convenient for walking to the marina, downtown and to tourist attractions like the Space Needle. It was a very peaceful relaxing space and the kitchen was great for preparing simple meals. I can highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again.”

“This property was in a great location to all the downtown venues. If you aren’t into walking the bus station is across the street. The grocery store across the street is a huge bonus. Property manager was great to work with very responsive and helpful. Loved the cute, clean little apartment in an historic old building.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this location! It was clean, instructions for entry were detailed and easy to follow, and the distance from the Climate Pledge Arena was so convenient for catching a game. We are looking forward to staying again!”

“This is a nice unit a short drive away to main attractions. It's nicely renovated. It's small but makes good use of the space. It's an older home so you hear your upstairs neighbors, as is typical in a vintage house. The price was right for us and it was a great place to stay.”

Comfortable bed, hot showers, great communication though out with easy access on arrival and during my stay. Super convenient to I5 & Seattle. I loved watching the squirrels from the window over my morning coffee!! Overall a great experience.”

“We had a cozy and comfortable stay in this studio apartment. The king size bed was super comfortable! The kitchen was complete with everything you might need for a few meals in. The garden patio was huge and private. French doors opened onto it, making the whole place feel spacious and bright. We will be back!”

“My friend and I recently stayed 5 nights here during Comic Con. It was nice to have a quiet spot after a busy day of activity. Parking was great in the alley. The living and kitchen area are huge and very comfortable. We cooked a few meals very easily. Bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. Perfect for 2 couples or 2 friends who need their own space! Lots of stairs to suite…but great rails in place. We had a some trouble with the door code at check in, but got super fast help from……

“This listing does not do the property justice, this was such a cool stay! Very private and felt secluded. Felt like an MC Esher house with multiple twisty stair cases and hidden nooks and crannies everywhere. Amazing view of the sound! Soaking tub and one of the shower heads was not working during our stay which was a bummer but I'm sure the host will fix it soon. The very top bedroom (loft?) wasn't as sound insulated as the rest of the property so you could hear the train, but the rest of the……

“It was a really sweet area, perfect walking distance from some good lunch spots, beautiful gardened neighborhood. It was quiet, the other guests were hardly seen and never heard. Host was very organized and communicative. Check in was super easy and secure. Bed was very comfortable! Thank you 😌”

“The sound of the refrigerator and air conditioner was so loud that I had to turn off the air conditioner but the quilt was so thin that I was woken up by the cold at night. The refrigerator was noisy but I couldn't turn it off. I went to bed at three in the morning, woke up at six in the morning and slept until about seven. I only slept for more than four hours at night.”
