“Pools ”

“I was very disappointed of the fact that I wasn’t informed about not being able to swim in the ocean. The area around was restricted due to high waves. The food is a hit or a miss. One day was amazing another day it was not good at all. The furniture inside the room was old, ripped and had spots on them. Other than that , the property is beautiful and the staff was very friendly and professional. ”

“I appreciated the 'small' all inclusive. Very few people - well staffed and cared for all ten days. ”

“I had a good experience! I got what i paid for. After i read reviews i came prepared. During check-in I asked all pertinent questions about what was included. The rooms were nice. I considered it gojng back to the 90s in a way. The access to multiple facilities makes it a good deal. The views are really nice. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay here! The grounds and the pools were always very clean and the staff was very friendly. The bathrooms in the rooms could use and update but it’s a great location right on a beach that’s very close to town and dimmable beaches. It was a great base camp for our stay!”

“Very nice accommodations from the kitchen to the bathrooms. Clean and at this time mid the year occupancy was low, so the pool and restaurants were not crowded. If we traveled again, we would stay farther down the coast and away from town in a smaller type property. ”

“The room is clean. A terrace bar right outside my room. Quite convenient if you are lazy to walk out for drinks; you can just grab one at the bar. The noise doesn’t bother much coz the bar closes at 11pm. Good location, easy walks to the marina, shops, restaurants, bars, etc. The air-conditioner is noisy and filter needs to be cleaned though. Considering a hotel room on a budget, this is a very good choice.”

“The only 2 negative issues preventing a 5 rating were as follows. 1. The AC in the separate 3rd BR was not working when we arrived, they did get it taken care of by the end of the 2nd day. Not sure why it wasn't checked before our arrival. 2. The master BR in Our unit had very thin roller blinds so provided lack of privacy to the patio at night and also the spotlights directly across the courtyard were shining directly into the Bedroom all night long. ”

“Muy comodo este lugar. Hay 2 gatos y me encantan :) Hay todo que necesita una persona para unos dias aqui. Me quede en el cuarto con 4 camas. Solo una otra persona durante mi estancia. La asistente es servicial y una persona muy amistosa. La host tbn me ayudo mucho no solo con mi estancia aqui, pero con todo que hago en San Lucas. Recomiendo este lugar a cada persona quien tiene un presupuesto ajustado. Muy tranquilo. La cocina tiene todos las herramientas que necesitas. Y en verdad la cama que……

“The location was perfect for us and the room was nice, Carlos was excellent help and we would stay again. The only thing was the parking is a bit hard.”

“We were not told ahead of time before booking this trip that September is the only month that this property is allowed to do construction so the entire time we were on vacation we couldn’t sleep in, relax, or enjoy our time in the room or even by the pool because all you heard was construction. Tried reaching out to the owner, they finally got back to me and their only reply back was they could move me to another room but it didn’t matter because construction was going on all over the property……

“The unit was spacious, however, there were blankets falling out of a large cabinet in living room , soap bars provided were the 1970 style soap. the unit is good as long as the people going there know that they need to bring everything with them.”

“Loved the place!! Large comfy space. Rooms were nice and cleaned. Upon arrival the air conditioner in master bedroom was not working but Federico was on it! Once it was fixed it was perfect. They greeted us with some cold beer with chips and salsa. The only down fall was the walk down the pebble stone streets to go into town. We had to take an Uber when we left the property because there were Six girls in heels =) other then that I highly recommend the view was beautiful at night. I would……
