“Great location for the unbelievably beautiful Lake Tahoe. Slight issues with contactless check-in as I had 2 messages about credit card not being accepted, the second one after I'd called them and processed payments over the phone the day before (in response to the first message). At the time we arrived, another couple were trying to contact Firelite as they hadn't received the necessary information to access their room. So something isn't right with their process and you may need to be prepared……
