“I was a little concerned with it being a new listing at first, but very happy with our decision. Starting after booking, the hosts / owners were happy to answer any questions and help us prepare for the trip even before we arrived. Jimmy was helpful in getting us, gear, and the rental boat to the island when we arrived at Moccasin Point where we left our vehicle. Arriving we found a beautiful island with a woodland feel. “I came with my best friend to celebrate her 60th b-day. The cabin was spectacular & had everything we needed,(the loft was huge w/ BA, hosts were top notch-communicating quickly & guiding us to attractions/restaurants that we desired. Each AM we enjoyed coffee on the patio soaking in ONLY the sounds of nature & going over our plans (or no plans) for the day. What a luxury! We loved the sites, shops, & restaurant's of Ely (Grand Ely Lodge for b-day dinner, Boat House Restaurant for tasty burgers……
