“We loved every minute!! The home and furnishings are beautiful. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen was clean, has good appliances and is stocked with pots, pans, cutlery and basic cleaning goods. It was super clean. Fantastic views and right at the oceanfront. Allows dogs and we brought ours and you’d never know the place was pet friendly unless you knew it up front. The host had great communication all along and was very helpful and gracious. Would definitely book again and you should……

“Our group of 7 really enjoyed our stay here, it is a lovely home and we all had a great time. The house had everything we needed furnishings-wise, we brought our groceries of course, and were able to make ourselves at home. The neighborhood is great, located near shops and food within walking distance but also accessible by golf cart if you don't drive on Coast Guard Rd (you are allowed to cross it though). The beach is a quick enough walk, but the golf cart makes that quicker and allows you……

“The house is great and the owner was very responsive but there are a lot of dos and don’ts. It’s a little hard to completely relax and not worry about accidentally doing something wrong. The primary access to the beach via golf cart was closed for bridge repairs the first part of our week. That was inconvenient! But the screened porch and the outdoor shower made up for everything!”

“Unit is a duplex with the owner occupying the unit next door. Met the owner, who was very nice. Access to the beach was very close. Three access points within 200 feet of the driveway. Unit is on a dead end so very little traffic in the front. The main road is to the rear. Not an excessive amount of noise. Large view of the sound to the rear. Smaller view of the ocean due to the sand dune. Beaches were not crowded. Enjoyed our stay and would be happy to plan another vacation here in the future.”

“The house was just perfect, furnishings were nice. The beach access was across the street. You had an ocean view from the deck. We would definingly consider this house again. The owner responded quickly to my messages. The only negative is if someone has a problem with stairs there are a lot.”

The bedrooms are laid out very nicely to give everyone their own space, the balconies (front and back) provide nice views, the beach is a very short and comfortable walk down the street. “We loved this little renovated property and it was a great location for a family stay at the beach. Well stocked kitchen so we could cook and grill at home as well as several nearby places to eat out. Short walk/drive down to the beach. We rented a golfcart to make this easier but be warned, the neighborhood is boxed in by "no golfcart" roads so there is no where other than the beach to drive to. Everything was clean. We had extra sheets, towels, blankets and even a washer/dryer. We never found……

“The location alone is the best selling point of this property! I could not have asked for a better location. Beach access a few steps away. Quiet area, minimal traffic and the beach was very secluded. Perfect for letting our pup run on the beach! The house was just like the photos- had everything needed! Would 100% stay again!!”
