“nice and clean hotel, worrh to come again”

“We had a great stay, the location is ideal for everything on offer in St Andrews. Communication with the owner was very good and the pictures do not do justice to this lovely property. Should we be back in St Andrews we would not hesitate to return to this property.”

“Christian was responsive and incredibly easy to deal with. Location between Old Course and restaurants and pubs couldn't be better. VRBO itself was perfect for us - we were a group of 6 men travelling for golf, and this house worked great. Sitting area with large table under the glass provided huge amount of room for playing cards and eating. More space than the pictures would indicate. St. Andrew's is a special place for golfer's, and a great town for anyone to visit. Our recommendations:……

We prefer the self catering rather than the bed and breakfast type places because we are jet lagged and tend to sleep in. We also don’t eat a large breakfast. “This is a beautiful, clean & cosy apartment. It is on the upper floor with outside stairs. We had everything we needed for a great long weekend away. There is a designated parking space which is a bonus. However, the Hotels.com website stated that there were 2 bathrooms & there is only one. Additionally, the website stated that pets can stay free of charge. The owner contacted us a few days before & informed us that we had to pay an additional £10 per night for our small dog. “I originally thought it would be a guesthouse quality in terms of cleanliness, but turned out it’s even cleaner than a hotel especially the bathroom. Everything looks new in the bathroom with a lot of towels available and the shower gel, shampoo etc. Reception is very nice and location is near bus stops where you can get to Edinburgh centre quite easily.”

“Lovely little village hotel with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. My twin room was spotlessly clean with a well stocked tea tray with range of teas/coffee/biscuits etc. and premium bottled waters. Large shower room and ample towels, toiletries and bath robes. Only complaint is kitchen closes early at 6.45pm and no other options to eat out close by and rooms to front can be noisy being on a main road. Overall, would stay again, ideal for racecourse and Palace.”
