We checked in around 5:30pm, so we have no time to do something. restless night at this place. We had big foot right above us. this place is very hidden, it is in the middle of a small town, 30 minutes to sedona. Place was clean, but it has Different vibes.
Note: This place is very strict at thier policy, you have to follow the policy or else. responsible for lost or stolen property: FAILURE TO VACATE: they will charge you a late fee of $50 for the first 30 min & $100 every hour after that, Personal items may be subject to removal by management.
I stayed in so many resorts, I checked out late once but they don't charge me like this, when late checking out. That paper they give me upon check out got me thinking all night. I am in Sedona a lot of time, this is the first time staying here and Wont be coming back. property is outdated.

There was no hot water in the shower our first morning - this is a critical need for visitors. Also the battery was dead in the safe. Called the front desk- they said briskly they’d call maintenance and basically hung up on us. No apology. We were up early to head to Grand Canyon, we waited about an hour and had to get on the road, not knowing when they’d show up. When we got back both were fixed.
Ty et pointed us to a Safeway store nearby for groceries - super expensive- later found a Walmart a couple exits down with reasonable prices. I think they should be upfront with guests about this Safeway; it’s clearly priced to take advantage of the golfing clientele at the resort.
