“酒店位置很好，附近有米开朗基罗广场和波波洛花园，过桥走十分钟就到乌菲兹美术馆，酒店建筑历史悠久，但是房间内设施比较现代，而且房间很干净，入住的时候管理人员会给你介绍酒店设施，休闲吧的咖啡免费自助，早餐18欧一人，花园不如照片上看到的大，比较小巧精致，酒店的大门白天是开放的，所以如果住在大门口那栋楼上房间的话，需要注意个人财物，因为我们有一天回来的时候发现房门开了，当然我们没有留贵重物品在房间所以也没有遗失，但是不知道是外来的人打开的还是内部人打开的，另外我们入住了三个晚上，但是客房清洁服务三天都没有提供，这个有点糟糕”

“乾淨，整齊，屋內設備齊全，環境寧靜，近超市，生活機能方便。近景點，但唯一的缺點離車站很遠，要行25分鐘，拖著行李更要45分鐘左右，很累！ 而且要上大斜坡，很累”

“The location is great, just near the old bridge, and quiet. There is a good restaurant just around the corner. No breakfast but we can cook in the kitchen and the room is big with 2 bedrooms and a living room, and upstairs space with 2 single beds...perfect.”

“I would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect just one minute walk from Ponte Vecchio. The room is big. It’s nice to have small kitchen area, big closet and balcony. No staff at the property but not a problem to me. Just email them if you want anything. No daily cleaning but you can pay for it if you want to have it. The room is pretty, new and clean. I had a good time. ”

“We had an amazing time at the Rivalta Hotel. My husband and I stayed in two different River View suites over a week, and both were equally amazing. The staff were phenomenal and went above and beyond for us. When we arrived we discovered that one of our suitcase locks was broken, and they sent someone up with tools to help us get in to it. We loved the breakfast each morning and rooftop patio. Very happy with our entire visit and will absolutely be back!”

“Newly furnished in a central location. Bed a little too soft for us, and more hooks to hang towels and toilet papers would have been nice. Had some trouble learning how to use the electronic appliances since no English manuals were available. No reception desk so communication with staff was always remote, although he generally responded within 10-20 minutes — ok with us but not ideal in case of emergencies. In general a pleasant stay. Would recommend to people with high mobility,……

“We very much enjoyed our stay in Florence at this property. It was in short walking distance from all the sites and museums, shopping and other attractions we wanted to see. Grocery store across the street was very handy. We are also runners so being close to the river/canal for a long morning run was fantastic.
