“Only complaints, was when arriving, they had double booked the first room they gave us, someone was already in it, but staff handled quickly by changing our room. Second was power went off in room several times Saturday night, but maintenance always came quick. They thought it was because they were fully sold out and it was just over worked. Issues were quickly and politely taken care of professionally by staff.”

“This place is old, the balcony door was not working well, the elevators were not working well, most of the sockets were not working. The view was stunning but I would definitely book somewhere else next time.”

“Conveniently located in the SanDestin Beach and Golf Resort. We had a very nice king studio suite. The kitchenette was very good. Nice pool complex. Good walking trails.”

“Highly recommend this property over other options in the area. Close to theme parks and shopping. When we first checked in we were assigned a very old unit (in Cypress Circle). The carpets were old and the bathrooms were dated - not like the pictures we saw online. We went back to the Registration Desk and spoke with Daniel who switched us to a newly renovated condo located in a building in the Tennis Villa Circle. Daniel was so helpful and kind - and made our stay much more pleasant. ”

“The balcony I chose couldn’t see the sunset, and the room was very small, the toilet didn’t even have an exhaust, the air conditioner was very noisy, and there were two doors in the room leading to the next door, although it was sealed, it felt unsafe, and the sound insulation was particularly poor”
