"We’ve been to the Burstin many times over the years, we particularly like staying in the balcony rooms. It does urk me though that you seem to be unable to request a balcony room when booking. "Good for overnight stay on the way to Le Shuttle. Disappointing that the air conditioning on the fourth floor wasn’t working, and the windows only open a limited amount. We were informed at check in that there was a problem & an engineer was trying to fix it but it wasn’t working overnight. Could have been a real problem if the weather was warmer."
