“My fiancé and I had a quiet ski weekend stay at this cozy cabin. Our flight to CO got significantly delayed so we didn't end up arriving to the cabin until 3 in the morning. Thankfully check in was so smooth and the bed set up was quick. It got a little cold at night but the next day we used the fireplace and one log kept us warm. Location can't be beat! Short walk to the lift and at the end of the day we skied right up to the back of the condo.”

My only critique would be the low quality bathroom kit (enough for one person to shower once) and the towels should be upgraded (they are pretty rough). “The property was in a fantastic location. It was a little difficult to navigate the shuttle at first but read the check-in info carefully and it will make sense. Would not recommend walking to lift unless you are in great shape and used to the altitude. Take the free shuttle. The bed was very old and uncomfortable. The tv is extremely small. One of the burners on the range did not work. The bathtub is extremely slippery. The whole place could use new decor and updates. Also including some……

“We received check in details by text on day of. Very clear/easy to understand. Place was one of the cleanest we have stayed in. Plenty of basic supplies: towels, blankets, pillows, shampoo/soap/conditioner, kitchen utensils and paper products. 5 min walking distance to snowflake lift. 5 min to downtown area, food, shopping and activities. Check out was just as easy. My only idea for improvement is the mattress for the pull out couch. It was very thin, lumpy and would be hard to sleep on all……

“This was a great spot to be near snowboarding and downtown at the same time. Everything was so close and the area was beautiful. Loved being able to watch snow fall from our room.”

“The condo is small and basic but who goes to Breckenridge to stay inside? Very close to so many running/hiking/biking trails. Close to downtown. Easy access with the underground parking garage. There were some signs the condo wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, though. Candy wrappers under the bed, dead flies or bees in the carpet, the pillows didn’t have big enough cases and they were grungy. But overall it was fine for a short stay.”

“Great spot. The buildings are definitely dated but ski in/out, locker for ski storage, hot tubs and proximity to downtown WAY outweighed that.”

“We had a great experience. The room is exactly as photographed. It is essentially in a hotel. The lift is literally right out back. The communication was instant, which is good. My only issue was the parking. We rented a vehicle because the listing states that parking is available. It does not say parking is not guaranteed. So we parked at a near by lot for $20/night (the ice rink lot). you are able to leave the car there for up to 14 days. However, I wish they stated in the actual listing……

“Just as described, I loved that it was truly ski-in and ski-out. And we could walk all over town. Very comfortable. Will book again definitely.”

“Better than I expected. Cute and comfortable, easy to walk to Main Street and Gondola. It got warm in August, there is no A/C, but there was a tower fan in the closet that we used to blow outside air into the unit at night and that did the trick.”

“Great place to stay! Convenient to Main Street and walking distance to everything! Overall great place to stay only negative thing is the walls were thin, and we could hear the people next to us and above us. Other than that highly would recommend.”

“My family and I had a great vacation. This house is located just 5 min walk from peak 8 lifts and gondola, 3 min drive from grocery store and Breck town, it was great I could drop my kids at the ski school and get back in 1 min to have breakfast before go skiing. House was totally equipped and was kindly set with bathroom and kitchen amenities such as shampoo soap, Kleenex boxes, plenty of trash bags for all the waste basket located in every room of the house. The kitchen was wonderfuly……

“Location is pretty good. Very close to hot tubs. A little walk to run/lift area but not bad. Close enough to walk to downtown. Unit is a little older but no complaints. Unit was clean when we arrived.”

“My nephew and I stayed and got a few days of skiing in and we had a great time. Condo is in a great location and everything was just as expected. We lived the balcony and the ski in option. Can’t wait to come back!”

“Ground floor makes everything an ease. Location is perfect for Main Street and slope access.”

“The unit is a great unit for two couples or a small family. Unit kitchen was prepared with all the things needed to eat in. Location was perfect right by quicksilver lift with only a 3 min walk to the chair. Would recommend this unit. Only issue we had was the shower drain was a bit clogged and didn’t drain well when trying to take a shower.”
