“We had a lovely time at the Village B&B,our hostess was great,friendly,knowledgeable about Boston and very helpful with directions to trains,a very short walk from house ,and where we wanted to be in the city.The house and gardens are beautiful and very comfortable,breakfast was delicious and plentyful,we made full use of the garden and the little village has lovely shops and eateries, cant fault anything .”

“Beautiful. Very welcoming . Great staff. I felt at home. Homemade chocolate chip cookies and lemon water waiting in room, Quiet, windows open. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Stay here!!! It is amazing and historical. Painted ceilings and tooled leather in dining area. I thought it was wall paper until I asked. Beautiful! Great staff. Very welcoming and accommodating!”

“It was a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. The owner personally serves her customers and makes them feel at home. My room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was family style; my scrambled eggs were delicious. However the breakfast cost was extra. Also, I didn't have a bathroom in my room, but using the shared bathroom wasn't a problem at all. The area around the hotel is all residential, but you can easily walk to restaurants, transportation, or enjoy the nature near the Boston Reservoir.……
