“The location is perfect. Quick access to downtown JP and the T to Boston. Franklin Park was part of our daily activity for a nature walk. Things we look for in VRBOs: comfy beds, clean, good common gathering space. A+ across the board. The seating in the living could use a few more seats since you could have 9 people sleeping in the apartment, but we made use of the giant dining table in the open kitchen and living area. For the 5 of us, it was more than ample! The space is incredibly clean……

“We could not have chosen a better location in the city or a nicer place to stay. The property was exactly as shown in the listing; a lovely one-bedroom condo with a very nice kitchen; a spacious shower and wonderful bath. We had interesting views of Beacon Street from our living room windows and a large and comfortable bedroom. The Green Line “T” ran right down the street and we used it often. We were able to walk to and from Fenway Park and many local restaurants. We would definitely recommend……

“We had a great time at this beautiful apartment and the layout worked well for both group time and privacy for a few different families looking to spend the weekend together. The apartment is pretty noisy (seemed like poor insulation above and below exposed us to neighbors who were on a very different schedule), but other than that we loved every aspect.”

Check in and entry were flawless, Kevin was responsive and allowed us access early as my son had an exam and not available until 5pm. We walked to PC when the sun came out which was great. Next time I would get a rental car (due to Ubers availably) as we are learning the area and like to explore. Beautiful space!”

“Sue was extremely helpful and communicative. She was there to greet us and gave us a tour of the apartment. She stayed in contact and checked in regularly to make sure all of our needs were met. Bus stop very close by then rode to subway into city. Plenty of linens and as described in listing. Affordable and host was quick with thorough communication.
