The restaurant was disappointing (missed room service order, without attempt to rectify).
Flight landed around 2100, ordered room service around 2300. Waited 45 mins without delivery, called the restaurant only to be told that order wasn't processed and nothing could be done (not even a beer) because kitchen was closed.
A little disappointing considering Marriott is supposedly a premium brand."
"Everything else is fine expect the laundry services. They forgot to bring back to me on time and on the date of checkout I was told it will be ready at 11am so I waited for half an hour but the 11:10 staff came to me and said they have no idea where my clothes is. They made me file a online form but no further update. Horrible services. They lost my clothes. "
